FAQ

When does my listing go live?

The moment the payment is confirmed. There is no manual review queue, so the role appears on the board, its specialty page and the homepage list within moments.

Can I edit the listing after it is published?

Yes. Open the private panel link from your email and change the title, description, salary, location rules or application link whenever you need to.

How do I close a listing?

Click close in the employer panel. The role leaves the board and the slot is free for another role on the same plan.

Does the plan renew automatically?

Yes. Monthly plans renew every 30 days and yearly plans every year until you cancel. Cancel from the billing page and the listing stays live until the end of the period you paid for.

Where do I get invoices?

Every payment has an invoice on the billing page of your employer panel, ready to download.

What if the role is filled before the period ends?

Close it in the panel and post your next role into the free slot, or cancel the plan so it does not renew. Payments are final, so the current period is not refunded.
