Plans and pricing
01
Is ad spend included in the plan?
No. You pay Google, Meta and other platforms directly from your own account and card. The plan covers specialist hours only, so media spend and work are always separate on your books.
02
Do you take a percentage of ad spend?
No. Our price depends on hours, not on your budget. Raising your ad budget never raises our fee by itself.
03
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Hours are planned at the start of the month and reported weekly, so they rarely go unused. If you need fewer hours, move to a smaller plan from the next billing cycle.
04
What if I need more hours mid-month?
The team re-prioritizes the work within your current hours, and you can move up a plan from the next billing cycle.
05
How long is the contract?
Plans are month-to-month. You can also pay yearly and save 15 percent.
06
How do I cancel?
Write to [email protected] before your next billing date. The plan runs to the end of the paid period and is not renewed.
07
Can I get a refund?
Payments are final. The exceptions are a double charge, a proven unauthorized charge, or a total failure to deliver the service. Details are in the refund policy.
08
Can I try the service before paying?
There is no trial period. The estimate is free and unlimited, and the written proposal costs nothing. Billing starts only when you accept the proposal.
09
How do I pay?
By card on monthly and yearly plans. Enterprise can be invoiced on net 30 terms.
The work
10
Who exactly does the work?
Remote specialists, each focused on one channel, coordinated by a lead who owns your plan. Your proposal names the specialist roles assigned to you and the hours for each.
11
Will the same people work on my account every month?
Yes, your specialists stay with your account. If a change is ever needed, you are told in writing and the handover is documented.
12
Which channels do you cover?
Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, content, email, analytics and tracking, and a marketing lead or fractional CMO. See all services.
13
Do you make ad creative and videos?
We write ad copy, plan creative tests and prepare simple static ads from your brand assets. Larger photo or video production is usually best done by a production studio, and we brief them for you.
14
How do I know what was done?
Growth, Team and Enterprise get a weekly hour report, Starter a monthly report. Each one lists the hours per channel, the work done and the changes in the numbers.
15
Can you work with my in-house team or another agency?
Yes. We take the channels they do not cover and agree in writing who owns what, so nothing is done twice.
Communication
16
Can I talk to someone?
Everything runs in writing, by email and shared documents, and you get a reply within one business day. Written answers are faster to act on and leave a record of every decision.
17
Do you work in my time zone?
Yes. We work with businesses in the US, Canada, the UK, Europe and Australia, during hours that overlap with your day.
18
How fast do I get the proposal?
Within 2 business days of sending the brief.
Accounts, access and data
19
Who owns the ad accounts and data?
You do. Ad accounts, analytics properties, pages, files and creative stay in your company's name.
20
How do you get access?
You add our specialists as users in your own accounts, each with the lowest role the work needs. We never ask for shared passwords.
21
What happens when the plan ends?
We hand over notes and files, remove our own access and confirm it in writing.
22
Do you sign a DPA or answer a security questionnaire?
Yes, on the Enterprise plan, in writing.
