Terms of service

These terms apply to everyone who uses remotemarketer.io, gets an estimate, sends a brief or holds a plan. Please read them before you accept a proposal.

Last updated October 19, 2026

1. Who we are

The service at remotemarketer.io is run by the administrator of the remotemarketer.io service, called "we" or "RemoteMarketer" in these terms. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What the service is

RemoteMarketer provides marketing work by remote specialists, sold as monthly or yearly plans of a fixed number of hours. The channels, hours and specialist roles for your account are set out in a written proposal. The estimate on the site is an indication based on your answers, and the binding scope is the proposal you accept.

3. Your account

You need an account to send a brief. You must give a working email address, keep your password private and be authorized to act for the business you describe. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Estimates, briefs and proposals

Estimates are free and do not create any obligation. After you send a brief, we send a written proposal to the email on your account within 2 business days. A plan starts only when you accept the proposal in writing and the first payment is made.

5. Plans, hours and billing

  • Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars.
  • Each plan includes a fixed number of specialist hours per month. Unused hours do not roll over.
  • Plan changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
  • Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel by writing to [email protected] before the next billing date.
  • Enterprise plans can be invoiced on net 30 terms as set out in the proposal.
  • Ad spend is not part of any plan. You pay ad platforms directly from your own accounts.
  • Refunds are governed by the refund policy.

6. Access to your accounts

You give our specialists access to your ad accounts, analytics, website and other tools as users with the permissions the work needs. You can change or remove that access at any time. We do not ask for shared passwords. When the plan ends we remove our access and confirm it in writing.

7. Ownership

Your ad accounts, analytics properties, websites, data, lists and brand assets remain yours. Work product created for you under a paid plan, such as copy, campaigns, reports and documents, belongs to you once the period it was created in has been paid. Our own methods, templates and know-how stay ours.

8. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, timely access and approvals.
  • Make sure your products, offers and claims are lawful and that you hold the rights to materials you give us.
  • Pay ad platforms and other third-party tools you use directly.
  • Approve campaigns and content where your proposal says approval is needed.

9. Our responsibilities

We do the work described in your proposal with reasonable skill and care, report on the hours used, keep your information confidential and use access only for your account. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, so we do not promise specific numbers of leads, sales, rankings or returns.

10. Confidentiality

Both sides keep the other side's non-public information confidential and use it only for the plan. This continues after the plan ends.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit, or decisions made by ad platforms, such as account suspensions or ad disapprovals.

12. Ending a plan

You can end a plan at the end of any paid period. We may end a plan with written notice if payments are overdue, if the terms are breached, or if a requested campaign would break the law or platform policies.

13. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first. Raising a chargeback without contacting us is a breach of these terms and ends the plan immediately.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force on the date a billing period starts applies to that period. Material changes are sent to active clients by email in advance.
