No. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the platforms, from your own account and card. Plans cover specialist hours only.
No. Hours are planned at the start of the month and reported weekly. If you need fewer hours, move to a smaller plan from the next billing cycle.
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle. During the current month the team re-prioritizes work within your hours.
There is no trial period. The estimate is free and unlimited, and the written proposal costs nothing. Billing starts only when you accept the proposal.
By card on monthly and yearly plans. Enterprise can be invoiced on net 30 terms.
Payments are final. The exceptions are a double charge, a proven unauthorized charge, or a total failure to deliver the service, as described in the refund policy.
