Social media management services on a monthly plan
Social media management services from RemoteMarketer give your brand a specialist who plans the month, writes and schedules the posts, answers comments and messages, and reports what each hour went to. You buy a monthly plan of hours instead of a retainer with a vague scope, so you always know how much of the work went into planning, how much into publishing and how much into community. Tell us which platforms matter, see an hour estimate in under a minute, and receive a written proposal by email within 2 business days.

What your social media specialist does every month
A social account that posts whenever someone remembers is easy to spot. Our specialist starts each month with a calendar that ties posts to what the business is actually selling that month, then keeps the feed and the inbox moving every working day. Everything is agreed in writing in a shared doc before it goes live, so nothing is published that you have not seen.
- Monthly content calendar built around your offers, launches, seasonal dates and the topics your audience engages with.
- Post copy, captions and hashtags written per platform, because a LinkedIn post and an Instagram caption are different jobs.
- Simple graphics and carousel layouts in your brand templates, plus cropping and editing of your photos and short videos.
- Scheduling in your own scheduling tool or natively in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Replies to comments and direct messages inside agreed response windows, with escalation rules for complaints and sales questions.
- Profile upkeep: bios, highlights, pinned posts, link in bio pages and business details kept current.
- Monthly review of reach, saves, shares, profile visits and link clicks, with the next month adjusted to match.
Where the hours go on social media management
The split below is typical for a business on two platforms. Starter puts the whole plan into one or two accounts, while Growth leaves room for social next to another channel such as ads or email.
- Calendar and monthly planning Starter, 10 h per month 1.5 h Social inside Growth, about 14 h per month 2 h
- Copywriting and captions Starter, 10 h per month 3 h Social inside Growth, about 14 h per month 4 h
- Graphics, carousels and video edits Starter, 10 h per month 2 h Social inside Growth, about 14 h per month 3.5 h
- Scheduling and publishing Starter, 10 h per month 1 h Social inside Growth, about 14 h per month 1.5 h
- Community replies and messages Starter, 10 h per month 1.5 h Social inside Growth, about 14 h per month 2 h
- Reporting and adjustments Starter, 10 h per month 1 h Social inside Growth, about 14 h per month 1 h
On Starter that usually covers 12 to 16 posts a month across one or two platforms. More platforms or daily video shifts the balance, and the weekly hour report shows exactly where it went.
Which plan fits your social accounts
Starter is 10 hours a month for $990, or $841 a month billed yearly, with one lead specialist on one or two channels. It suits a business that wants a steady, well written presence on Instagram and Facebook, or on LinkedIn alone. Growth is 25 hours for $2,290 ($1,946 billed yearly) with 2 to 3 specialists across up to 4 channels, which is the usual choice when social runs alongside Facebook ads or email marketing. Team is 60 hours for $4,990 for brands that need social, content, ads and a marketing lead working as one unit. Full details are on the pricing page. Ad spend for boosted posts is paid by you, directly to the platform.
How social media management starts
You pick social in the brief, add the platforms and your goal, and the estimate shows hours and price straight away. Within 2 business days a written proposal arrives by email with the plan, the hour split and the first month of priorities. In week one the specialist gets access to your accounts, reviews the last 90 days of posts, agrees tone of voice and approval rules with you, and drafts the first calendar. The whole sequence is laid out on how it works.
1. Answer three questions
Pick the channels you need, your main goal and your monthly ad budget. It takes under a minute and needs no account.
2. See your estimate
The estimate shows the recommended plan, total hours, monthly price and the mix of specialists. It is built from typical hours per channel, adjusted for your goal and budget, plus time for coordination.
3. Send the brief
Create an account, confirm your email with a 6-digit code and add your company, website, timeline and anything we should know. You can edit the brief until the proposal arrives.
4. Read your written proposal
Within 2 business days you get the plan, the hours per channel, the specialist roles and a first-month task list by email. Questions go back and forth in writing, and replies arrive within one business day.
5. Start in week one
After you accept, we request access to your accounts, check tracking, agree the first priorities and start the work.
Your accounts and your content stay yours
Every profile, page, scheduling tool and design file stays in your name. The specialist works through roles you grant in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn page admin and your other tools, never through a shared password. Captions, graphics and calendars live in your shared folders, so when a plan ends you keep the full archive and we remove our access.
Questions about our social media management services
01
Which platforms do you manage?
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and X. On Starter we recommend one or two platforms done properly rather than five done thinly, and the proposal says which ones are worth your hours.
02
Do I approve posts before they go out?
Yes. The calendar and the copy sit in a shared doc for approval, usually a week ahead. Time sensitive replies to comments follow written rules you agree in week one.
03
Do you create video?
We edit short vertical video from footage you shoot or already have, add captions and cuts, and publish it. Filming on location is not part of the plans.
04
Are paid boosts included?
The work of setting up boosts and small campaigns fits inside your hours. The spend itself goes on your own card in your own ad account. Larger paid campaigns usually move to a paid social specialist.
05
How fast do you answer comments and messages?
Inside the business day windows set in your plan, in hours that overlap with your time zone. Anything about orders, complaints or pricing is escalated to you in writing.
