Outsourced marketing services that run in writing

You send a short brief, see an estimate right away and get a written proposal by email. Once you accept, your specialists start inside your own accounts in the first week and report every week on where the hours went.

From brief to first results in five steps

  1. 1

    1. Answer three questions

Pick the channels you need, your main goal and your monthly ad budget. It takes under a minute and needs no account.

  2. 2

    2. See your estimate

The estimate shows the recommended plan, total hours, monthly price and the mix of specialists. It is built from typical hours per channel, adjusted for your goal and budget, plus time for coordination.

  3. 3

    3. Send the brief

Create an account, confirm your email with a 6-digit code and add your company, website, timeline and anything we should know. You can edit the brief until the proposal arrives.

  4. 4

    4. Read your written proposal

Within 2 business days you get the plan, the hours per channel, the specialist roles and a first-month task list by email. Questions go back and forth in writing, and replies arrive within one business day.

  5. 5

    5. Start in week one

After you accept, we request access to your accounts, check tracking, agree the first priorities and start the work.

What happens in the first week

  1. 01Access requests to your ad accounts, analytics, site and email tool, each with the lowest role that does the job
  2. 02A tracking check: are conversions recorded, are they counted once, do the numbers match your sales
  3. 03A short audit of each channel in your plan, with the three changes that matter most
  4. 04A written plan for the first 30 days, hour by hour
  5. 05The first fixes, usually tracking and wasted ad spend

How the work runs every week

Each week you receive a short report: hours used per channel, what was done, what changed in the numbers and what comes next. Decisions that need you are listed at the top, so you can answer them in one email.

  • Weekly hour report on Growth, Team and Enterprise, monthly report on Starter
  • Monthly review document with results against the goals from your brief
  • Live dashboard on Team and Enterprise
  • One coordinator who keeps every channel on the same plan

Why there are no sales calls

Everything runs in writing, by email and shared documents. You decide when to read and reply, nothing gets lost between meetings, and every decision has a written record. If something is urgent, a written reply still arrives within one business day.

Who does the work

Every channel is handled by a remote specialist who works on that channel every day: Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, content, email or analytics. A coordinator, or a marketing lead on the Team plan, keeps the channels on one plan and one budget. Your proposal lists the roles and the hours for each. Read more about the services and rates, the fractional CMO role and the fractional marketing team.

Access and security

We work inside accounts you own. You add us as users, with the lowest permissions the work needs, and remove us when the plan ends.

  • No shared passwords, ever
  • Separate user access for each specialist, so you can see who changed what
  • Ad accounts, analytics properties, pages and files stay in your company's name
  • On Enterprise, a security questionnaire answered in writing and a DPA
  • Access removed and confirmed in writing when the plan ends

Questions about the process

01

How fast can work start?

Usually within the first week after you accept the proposal. The pace mostly depends on how quickly access to your accounts is granted.

02

What do I need to prepare?

Admin access to the accounts in your plan, your goals, and anything that worked or failed before. The brief asks for the essentials.

03

Can I change the plan later?

Yes. Plan changes take effect from the next billing cycle, and the channel mix can change month to month within your hours.

04

What if I already have someone in-house?

We work alongside them. A common setup is to use the plan for the channels your own people do not cover, such as PPC or analytics.

Start with an estimate
